Hello to all!
You’re probably here for the same reason I am – because you love either whiskey, wine, or both.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Jessica Sabau, I am the Beverage Director and Sommelier for Warren American Whiskey Kitchen. I’m a Naples native that has been brought up in hospitality. I’m also not just a whiskey and wine lover, but a lover of all things beverage.
20 years ago this city was something, 10 years ago it was something else. Today I am proud to say that what we have turned this magical place into with it’s food and wine scene is up to par with some of the best experiences in the world.
So what was the one thing we were missing?
Bourbon is booming. It has been for awhile now.
Every bar had a shelf, a neat little corner filled with stories in a bottle, always an accent, never the focus.
Warren has changed this for Naples.
I’m a wine girl. Climbing the Court of Master Sommelier’s ladder, I’m convinced wine flows through my veins. It certainly feels like it some days. What I love the most about it though is the stories. That’s why when I dove into bourbon, I knew I was in for a treat. The spirit in these bottles (no pun intended) can be felt at the first taste. Bourbon was built on history. American made, every bottle, every barrel, every distillery, and every distiller tells a story.
Warren Naples is the second of our Warren American Whiskey Kitchen concepts, the first located in Delray Beach just across the way. The Delray team has given me a gift of knowledge and experience that is unmatched. My goal is not only to give you access to a selection most people can only dream of, but to the stories that go with them.
We opened our doors on December 5th, 2023. 90 days in, we are proud to say that our spirits program has over 500 labels, with over 400 whiskies from around the world, and our wine program has over 200 labels, curated specifically for Naples. This is just the beginning!
I’ll be keeping you all up to date on what’s going on with us! New product, when our private barrels come in (that’s a story for another time), tastings and events that are on the calendar, and just some cool stories and sips!
