Warren American Whiskey Kitchen has named Brooke Torrez as its General Manager. Originally born in Fort Worth, Texas, Brooke later grew up in the Chicagoland area, where her culturally diverse upbringing sparked a lifelong fascination with food, flavor, and hospitality.
Throughout her career, Brooke has demonstrated grit, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in the restaurant industry. She has held Management roles with several highly regarded establishments in the Naples FL dining scene including Don Shula’s Steak House, Osteria Tulia, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, and Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab.
Brooke is known for her exceptional leadership style, excelling in team member development and building a strong, positive workplace culture. As a hands-on leader, she leads by example and has extensive experience across all positions in the restaurant business.
Brooke has also successfully developed and led several outstanding beverage programs throughout her career. At Warren American Whiskey Kitchen, Brooke brings her expertise to help elevate what is already the largest whiskey selection in Florida, creating a destination for enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
Passionate about hospitality, Brooke focuses on creating an atmosphere where guests truly feel welcomed. With her multilingual abilities and natural warmth, she connects easily with people from many cultures and backgrounds — bringing everyone together like one big family, just as hospitality should be.
Geoff Novins has been named Executive Chef of Warren American Whiskey Kitchen, part of the Damn Good Hospitality Group. Chef Novins began his culinary journey in New Jersey, where he discovered his passion for cooking and hospitality while developing a strong culinary foundation.
Through dedication and hard work, he rose through the ranks and gained valuable experience at notable Naples establishments including Naples National Golf Club, Hogfish Harry’s Restaurant + Bar, and Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar & Store.
For many years, Chef Novins has also been involved with the Naples Winter Wine Festival, where he had the opportunity to work alongside accomplished chefs such as Charlie Palmer, Wolfgang Puck, and Doug Psaltis. These experiences helped further shape his culinary perspective and commitment to excellence.
In addition to his restaurant experience, Chef Novins has provided private chef services and operated a private jet culinary service, creating personalized dining experiences for clients both on the ground and in the air.
Now leading the kitchen at Warren, Chef Novins brings his passion, creativity, and dedication to quality ingredients to the restaurant’s contemporary American menu, continuing to elevate the dining experience in Naples.
